Washington Trip!

We just got back from such a fun trip! Two months ago Madison and I went to Washington, and this time Dad came along! I definitely like traveling a lot more with Jesse :) We had a fun-packed week. The first night was spent with the Drollingers in Puyllup, the second night was with the Putmans in North Bend, and the next five nights were spent at a High School Camp in Easton where Jesse preached 9 messages! Here are some photos from the trip...
Sierra and Maddie hit it off playing right away!
Drew and Jesse played a little soccer in the backyard.
Rach modeling John's Jansport backpack (he is a sales rep if you are interested in getting great inexpensive bags).
Which shoes do you like?
We went on a little walk before dinner. Aren't they cute?
This park is walking distance from their house- so beautiful! Andrew is quite the biker.
That night Rachel was so kind to have a BBQ for the girlies first birthday (July 16). We were so glad the Keiths were able to join us (Rachel, Kate, and I were all good friends in college).
Here they are with the cake!
Adorable in their matching outfits!

These girls never left each other's side!
The next day after Rachel and I went to the Farmer's Market while the guys did a garage sale, and then we drove to North Bend. I love this town! We went for a tiny walk, then rode the Snoqualamie Express.
Mt. Sigh in the background
They had these old wicker chairs to sit in. Rach is such a great mom!
All aboard!
Thank you Drollingers for another fun trip with you! We love you! To see more pics of the trip or the backpacks for sale, go here.
Then we headed over to the Putmans house. Jeremy and Jesse were roommates in ABQ together, and Meg and I went to Master's at the same time!
Their adorable son, Connor, and Madison played great together. The next morning we went to their church. Jeremy did an excellent job preaching in their adult Sunday school class. Thank you for hosting us- we had fun with you!
After church we were picked up and headed to Double K Ranch for camp. Maddie was on the green team with Daddy :)
One afternoon we took a little family hike to Franklin Falls. What a beautiful place!

The next afternoon we went to the lake with our new camp friends. Jesse went out on the boat and tried wake surfing!
We had a wonderful time at camp- getting to know new brothers and sisters in Christ. Jesse loved preaching on common dangers we face in the Christian life each morning, and then the rescue found from Scripture that evening (doubt- belief, compromise- righteousness, etc.) I really enjoyed getting to know the different ladies up at the camp. This is Paige holding Maddie. Paige is so sweet! She is about to have baby boy#2 in a couple months. we hope Gunner and Madison can meet one day :)
And this is what Maddie did to entertain herself in the airport! What a fun trip we had. I am so thankful to the Lord for His continual protection and provision towards us. We are so blessed!
